We have announced our Auto Trader Highly retailers for 2021
The wait is over, this week we have announced our Highly Rated retailers for 2021. This year, we have awarded over 1900 Highly Rated retailers on Auto Trader.
In the changing digital landscape, it is more important than ever to offer the best possible customer experience, whether that be online or in your dealership. Behind every review you receive on Auto Trader is a customer experience. We know that customers want a transparent buying experience and that trust is key. Trust in the vehicle, trust in the price, trust in the process and trust in you – the retailer.
Highly Rated retailers on Auto Trader this year, will have for the last 12 months:
An average overall rating of 4 stars and above
Enough reviews in proportion to the size of their Auto Trader forecourt
Responded to reviews; including both positive and negative
All Highly Rated retailers will receive a sticker pack to proudly display in their dealership, along with visibility on the FPA and their Retailer Store. We encourage all Highly Rated retailers to showcase their success across all social media channels using the hashtag #ATHighlyRated2021
This year we are running a prize draw, to allow Highly Rated retailers to reach even more potential customers. If you are Highly Rated, simply post a photo of your Highly Rated sticker in your showroom or online and tag one of our Auto Trader Insight social media accounts, either on Twitter (@ATInsight), LinkedIn (Auto Trader Insight) or Instagram (@AutoTraderInsight). Don’t forget to use the hashtag #ATHighlyRated2021 to make sure we see it. The prize draw will run between 10am on Monday 12th July 2021 and 23:59pm on Sunday 1st August 2021.¹
