More recently, we’ve seen an increasing appetite amongst visitors on Auto Trader to search specifically for cars that they can purchase purely online.

In our efforts to bring more digital-ready buyers to your adverts and to help consumers find their next car online, we’re trialling a new “Reserve with Auto Trader” search filter. Available in search now, when selected this filter will surface vehicles available to reserve through Deal Builder. We hope these changes will help to bring the right buyers to your adverts, creating a seamless digital car buying journey.

Ensuring your buyers feel supported is key to maximising conversion from advert view to submitted deal.
With our new Live Chat functionality, your buyers can speak to our dedicated support agents for digital support throughout building their deal. This includes guidance on how to complete specific stages of the process and answering any technical questions about the journey.
As always, any questions a buyer has specifically about the vehicle, the deal or your business, will always be directed through to you.
